Builders Package: This service is designed for builders in the speculative home market, generally with allowances of under ten thousand dollars. We will provide a sketch to illustrate services to be provided for a budgeted amount. Our goal is to make the landscape and irrigation portion of your job easy and hassle free, and help you provide buyers with their dream home. |
| Cost: The initial sketch and proposal is provided at no charge, only the commitment from the builder to contract with Georgia Outdoors for the installation. If to scale, full property designs are required, or if buyers would like to upgrade the services, please refer to our design/ build package. Georgia Outdoors request that the property owner provide a site plan with location of house. |

| Design/Build Package: This package is our most popular, and is designed for several types of clients. Builders in developments that require submitted landscape designs for approval, and home buyers that desire to have a master plan. This package is for projects that generally have budgets over ten thousand dollars. The process for this program is as follows: |
| 1. A Georgia Outdoors designer will schedule an appointment with the property owner or builder. In this initial meeting we will discuss all of your needs and desires, as well as your budget. We try to get your ideas and vision so that we can use our creativity and expertise to create your dream landscape. |
| 2. Our designer will begin to work on your new landscape design. This process can take up to three weeks. We try to complete this as quickly as possible. We will also prepare a detailed proposal. This proposal will be broken down into phases of installation based upon our recommendations, your priorities, and again, your budget. |
| 3. Next we will schedule a second appointment with you. At this time we will review and present to you a detailed, to scale, CAD– produced design and accompanying proposal. We will make necessary changes to the plan and revisions to the proposal so that you get exactly what you want. |
| 4. If revisions to the plan need to be made, it may be nesaccary to set one more appointment to review changes. After the design has met your approval, and the amount of the first phase has been agreed upon, it’s time to get started on the construction of your custom landscape. |
| Cost: Believe it or not, this service doesn’t cost anything. It only takes your commitment to work with Georgia Outdoors on the construction of the project. Before we get started we will ask you to sign a design/build agreement. This agreement states that there will be no charge as long as Georgia Outdoors is contracted to perform services valued at ten thousand dollars or greater. The design is the property of Georgia Outdoors, and a copy will be provided to the property owner, only after we have received a signed agreement. In the event that for any reason, Georgia Outdoors, Inc. is not contracted to provide services on the property, the owner will be obligated to pay Georgia Outdoors for reimbursement of expenses and time involved. An estimate of the cost will be listed on the design build agreement. |
